July 12, 2015 - All those holes are increasing the lakes in Minnesota
The holes seem a little deep just for putting in Fire Hydrants. But then this is Minnesota and you have to get down below the frost line. Lots of rain this week has filled in some of the holes, with unexpected water, unless they are building a lake.
