Drove by the LM -Eagan site about 8:45 PM April 13, 2015. There were 6 to 8 Eagan Police vehicles around the site, with flashing lights, search lights etc. I saw some exiting the site (driving around the locked gates. Some were parked at entrances to parking lots, in front of the building etc. They were still there but with less flashing lights around 9:00 PM. Not sure what was going on, but appeared to be looking for someone on the site. I have not seen anything on-line or on TV about it but will check later.
Pictures from today - April 14, 2015. - Two pictures were of a an approximately 30 to 40 foot white cable laying in one of the parking lots. Just minutia of material being removed.
Some sight lines to what is left is blocked by the large dirt piles from removing the foundation.
